Riding School

The greatest transformation of all at Moat! The Indoor School was originally a dilapidated former cowshed. It was difficult to imagine what could be done with it at one time! Just look at it now! The indoor school measure 47m x 22m making it one of the largest in the North West of England.

The surfaces on both the indoor and outdoor schools are Martin Collins waxed surfaces which were especially chosen by us to offer maximum safety to you and maximum comfort to your horse. The indoor school has safety boarding and a full set of showjumps. The outdoor school is walled and secluded.

When the weather is appalling and riding impossible, come and hire our indoor school either on your own or share the cost with friends and enjoy a wonderful riding experience. Alternatively book a session in the school on a Sunday when we put up a full set of showjumps (save when the school is already booked by Pony Club) and do all the hard work for you! Don’t worry about being rained off again!

Prices

Hire of indoor school – £20 per hour for up to 4 riders
Outdoor school – £20.00 per hour for up to 4 riders

Hire of Indoor School with showjumps on a Sunday – £12.00 per half hour
